Adding an assistant coach or SID after registration

How to add or invite an assistant coach, Sports Information Director or other staff to your Coach Portal after you've registered.

You can add staff at any point in the season:

  1. Log into the Coach Portal.

  2. Go to the Key Staff page.

  3. Click Invite staff and enter their email and role (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Sports Information Director, etc.).

  4. They'll receive an email directing them to create an account, which automatically adds them to your organisation.

  5. Once their account is created, they'll appear on your Key Staff page, where you can edit their details.

  6. Double-check the email before inviting — an incorrect address is the most common reason an invite doesn't arrive.
