You don't need a formal account transfer. As long as someone from your program still has Coach Portal access, they invite you as staff and you're added to the team automatically.
Log into the Coach Portal.
Go to the Key Staff page.
Click Invite staff and enter the person's email and role (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Sports Information Director, etc.).
They'll receive an email directing them to create an account, which automatically adds them to your organisation.
Once their account is created, they'll appear on your Key Staff page, where you can edit their details.
Double-check the email before inviting — an incorrect address is the most common reason an invite doesn't arrive.
If no one from your program still has Coach Portal access: there's no one left to send the invite. Create an account at coach.scoreboard.clippd.com and email [email protected] with your school and gender — we'll link you to your team and set your role.
