Make sure you are logged into the Coach Portal
NOTE: Only users with Host credentials can make changes during an active tournament using ScoreboardLive
1. Click Manage Tournaments on the left of the screen
2. Click Hosting and then Edit on the tournament in progress
Making a Line Up Change
1. If you need to make a line up change click the Tee Groups tab
2. Click View Groups for the round that needs changing
3. Click the X button next to the player to remove them and click Save
4. Click Teams at the top and click the pencil icon next to the team you have removed a player for
5. Click the X to the right of the player removed from the tee sheet and select the player that needs to be added. Click Save
6. Go back to Tee Groups and add the new player in. Click Save
7. Once the above is all complete, go to Live Scoring, click Live Scoring Setup for the correct round and click Sync Changes. You can go into the Round Monitor to check the swap has happened
Making a Tee Time Change
1. If you need to make a tee time change click the Tee Groups tab
2. Click View Groups for the round that needs changing
3. Click the X button next to the player(s) whose tee time needs to change
4. Add the player(s) back into their new tee times
5. If changing time for all groups, enter the correct time in the box for each group in the tee sheet
6. Once the above is all complete, go to Live Scoring, click Live Scoring Setup for the correct round and click Sync Changes
Changing the Course Setup
1. If you need to make a course change click Course Setup tab
2. Click Edit for the round that needs changing
3. Make the required changes to the pars and yardages. Click Save
4. Once the above is all complete, go to Live Scoring, click Live Scoring Setup for the correct round and click Sync Changes
Editing and Adding Scores
1. Click the Live Scoring tab at the top then Live Scoring Setup for the round that needs changing
2. Click View Round Monitor
3. To edit or add a score, click on the score or missing score in question and enter the correct score
4. Click away for the score to save
Withdrawing and Disqualifying
1. Click the Live Scoring tab at the top then Live Scoring Setup for the round that needs changing
2. Click View Round Monitor
3. To withdraw a player, click the WD button
4. To disqualify a player, click the DQ button
Check In and Attesting Scorecards
1. Click the Live Scoring tab at the top then Live Scoring Setup for the round in question
2. Click View Round Monitor
3. Scorers who have checked in will have a green check mark to the left of their scorecard
4. When a scorer has attested their scorecard, the shield icon to the right of the scorecard, will have a line through it
5. As a tournament host, you can click this icon to force attest the scorecards
6. As soon as a scorecard has been attested, it will appear in the Results tab
7. Once all scorecards for a round are attested in the Round Monitor you will be able to Publish Round Scores to the public leaderboards. You need to do this for EACH round
Note: If all scores are entered in the Round Monitor you can click Attest All at the top of the screen. This will put all scores into the Results page. Doing this locks the live scoring for the round
IMPORTANT: If you do not Publish Round Scores in the Scoreboard Coach Portal the results will not be included in the rankings
